Manually Fix Broken Dependancies?

Hi guys I have some broken dependancies that I just can't seem to fix. I am running JAMD 0.0.6:

bash: Depends: atrpms but it is not installable
expat: Depends: atrpms but it is not installable
kdelibs: Obsoletes: kdesupport but 3:2.0.1-1 is installed
kernel#2.4.20-19.23.rh9.at: Depends: atrpms but it is not installable

As far as I can see I can't install it because I have apt-get installed. And I have no clue what to do with the Obsoletes. If I do an apt-get -f install it wants to nuke nearly everything I have installed, including my kernel =P

Any ideas on how I can fix this manually?
