Question Mandrake Can't regonize CD Drive

I made a new system that I want to get Mandrake 10.1 x86-64 on. When I boot from the disk, I hit enter to start installing; however, shortly after the process begins it says that the CD is not a Mandrake installation CD. I take the CD out and put it back, put in an older version, reboot and try again. Nothing works. I put in another CD drive and still got the same problem. Windows installed, Red Hat 8 i386 installed.

System:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Socket 754
Samsung CD/DVD-RW atapi
Gigabit nvidia motherboard
Western Digital Caviar 120GB sata
PQI 1 GB DDR-400 Ram
MicroAdvantage 52x32x52 CD-RW atapi (Second drive i tried)
