Mandrake 9.1 and xclock weirdness...
All,
I just recently did an upgrade from Mandrake 9.0 to Mandrake 9.1, necessitated by the fact that attempting to upgrade a number of packages resulted in RPM tending to segfault quite often.
Anyway, all seems to work fine, but I've run into something of an issue with xclock.
In my .xinitrc I have the following:
xclock -geometry 89x89-132-0 -fg green -bg black -hd black -hl green -update 60 &
All very well and good, but I've noticed that since the upgrade, xclock seems to IGNORE the -fg, -hd, and -hl options.
Tried it several times from the command line. The -bg option still works, but the minute hand and most of the tickmarks are a blush color, and the hour hand and tickmarks for the hours are a reddish color.
Is this a bug? Is there a fix, or do I have to try and get the old xclock back to get the behavior I want? The man page indicates that the options I mentioned are supposed to work, but I guess it's posslbe the man page hasn't been updated.
Thanks in advance.
