Managing accounts

Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone knows how i can let my users manage their own accounts on several different servers(with different versions of redhat) from 1 central point.

The only thing they want is to change their password. Right now they can view their passwords by logging in on our website, but i want them to be able to change their account passwords throug our website also.
