Making bootable both disks of mdadm raid1

Hi:
Has anyone a recipe for modifying the standard mdadm raid1 installation (which poses grub of one disk only) so that both disks are bootable?

A general recipe enough. In detail, my aim if for two sata 500GB disks on debian amd64 lenny, grub. No spare disk.

thanks
francesco
