Make Netscape the default browser?

Does anybody know how to make Netscape the default browser? I'm using Mandrake 9.2 and Icewm.

what do you mean by "default"? if, for example, you want Netscape to open when you doubleclick a certain filetype, then you should edit file associations:

-open kde control center (menu-->Configuration-->Configure your desktop)
-expand components (click the +)
-choose File Associations

html is under "text," jpg/jpeg is under "image"

Do you have ice config tool installed. I know some of the time mandrake doesn't install that. Go to configuration, packages, and then check to see if you can install ice config. Also, if you are using nautilus or konqueror the tools to change the default browser should be in those programs, not icewm.

I checked and the mandrake package is icepref.
