"make install" Package?

Do i need to Install a Package even for "make install" commands? And what is it's name?

No, when you run make install you run a part of a script called Makefile, and if you can do './configure' and 'make' you can also do 'make install'.

If ./configure and make don't work, you need automake and gcc.

You can also run 'make test' or 'make check' with some packages
