Unhappy Major Flash Issues

I'm a student and for one of my courses all the material is online and in flash. In Windows ( ) Flash worked fine but since I migrated to Mandrake a couple months (I think) ago I've been having not but problems with it .

I've tried Flash 4 and 5 in Opera, Mozilla, Netscape, and Konqueror and none of them can run it properly. I used to be able to use flash fro a while in any of those but eventually it would die on me, frustrating but livable. Now recently it's stopped working almost completely except maybe 3 minutes a week. Why it works sometime and not other? I have no clue, and thats what bugs me the most.

I desperately need Flash to work as my Exams are impending, please, what can I try?

Get your priorities straight, man

Dual-boot, buy a cheap 2G HDD or something and get your schoolwork done before pissing around trying to get Flash to work!

I'm not blowing you off but jesus you need to get your priorities straight!

flash on linux is not really stable

That is the reason it takes so much screwing around. Personally I can't get it working on my KDE3 system (seems to be a Java problem) but on my KDE3 CVS system it worked fine.

Flash is a picky bitch on Linux.
