mail --- cli

EEK, I cant find the mail MUA that you use from a cli by typing:

I have looked all over and cant find it anywhere. Somebody now what the actual program name is?

It is the "mailx" program.

hmmm, that doesnt seem to come up on a search of sourceforge or freshmeat. Ill keep looking, but if u think of something else, please let me know

Try searching Google for mailx or /bin/mail
OK, I just tried those, the top hits are manuals and things. For the actual program search Google for rpm mailx
