Deepak, it is not advisable to make this type of request on an open forum. This information could be read by anyone with access to the internet.
So that you are aware, I will not be sending any emails directly to you and I will not remote control your equipment.
If you need this level of support, you should consider a support contract, this would ensure that you have SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and some form of recourse in event of damage being done by the company providing support.
I would advise that you remove your email address from your previous posting, and ignore any emails that pretend to have originated from me.
We (at LQ) are volounteers, donating our spare time. As such, I was not available during the numerous replies that you sent yesterday.

Step-by-step guide
In Outlook Express, the first thing you need to do is find out which Outlook Express accounts relate to which email addresses:
- Click the Tools drop down menu
- Select Accounts
- Select the Mail tab
- Select an account
- Click properties
- Note down the Account name and email address
- Click Cancel
- Repeat stages 4-7 for each account in the list
- Click Close
Next you need to create a Message rule for the account that relates to the Dee@abc.com email address:
- Select Messages Rules
- Select Mail
- Click New
- Select Condition: "Where the message is from the specified account"
- Select Action: "Move it to the specified folder"
- Rule Description: edit underlined values to choose the account relating to the Dee@abc.com and the folder you want to send the mails to
- Change the name of the rule
- Click OK
- Click OK

I configure the rule...(you also told me earlier)..
Where the TO line contains dee@abc.com and Where the CC line contains lee@abc.com, Move it to dee_folder and Copy it to lee_folder.
but main problem is the "two copies mail getting in each folder(dee & lee)". whether , should be get only one copy.

Did you remove the previously created rules before you setup the new rule based on the Account?
Scenario 1 (Rules based on To and CC details):
Email is sent to Dee@abc.com and copied to Lee@abc.com: - The Outlook Express Account for Dee collects the message and the rule applies.
- The Outlook Express Account for Lee collects the message and the same rule applies.
This is why you are getting duplicate messages in each location, and why I suggested that you remove the previously created rules and set-up one based on the Outlook Express Account.
Scenario 2 (Rule based on Account):
Email is sent to Dee@abc.com and copied to Lee@abc.com: - The Outlook Express Account for Dee collects the message and the rule applies.
- The Outlook Express Account for Lee collects the message but the rule doesnt apply.[/B]
Therefore Lee's copy of the email stays in the Inbox, and Dee's copy goes to the relevant folder.

The only rule that you need to have is "Where the message is from the specified account":
