Madwifi drivers: Ubuntu Vs Fedora. Which is better?

Hello all,
We have to make a design choice here. I am new to linux and cant compare the performance/support available for different distributions. We have to install madwifi (o.9.2 or 0.9.4) drivers on a linux machine. But, we have to make a choice between Fedora 9 and Ubuntu. Which one is better from development perspective? i.e which environment is better from following perspective? installation/modification of driver/testing/support etc.

Request you all to give pros and cons. Any specific recommendation would be appreciated !!

Thanks in advance..
Regards,
nsm

According to this article:

Quote:
Ubuntu ships madwifi in the package linux-restricted-modules of the restricted component, which is enabled in the default install. Madwifi chipsets should therefore ‘just work’.
Can't get much easier than that.

Cheers
