I'm pretty sure SuSE uses KDE by default, so you can go to this site for all sorts of KDE customizations:

I really need to know what desktop environment/window manager you're using. Can you tell me, or do you not know how to tell? KDE is characterized by a K) icon for the main menu, GNOME uses a foot.
If you are using KDE and can go through with the theme installation, I'd suggest you download the archive before extracting it.

Okay, then you should be able to install either one of those themes fine. I'd suggest seeing if the simple theme manager theme fits your needs, as it's far easier to install. Just follow the directions on the page.

The Mac Baghira one is a .tar.gz file. If you have ark installed, try opening those archives with ark and extract them to your home directory.

Then you can just use tar. From the command line, use:
tar xzvf *archive*

Were you able to install it correctly? (Which one were you trying?)
