lycoris wont boot SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

I have Lycoris Desktop LX build 62 on my hard drive(alone) i installed it and then it gets in fine but when i shut down or reset it goes to the boot loader, i click on Desktop LX but it does nothing. I tried re-installing but still nothing. I tried disabling ACPI but still nothing. I have a pIII 866MHz with a 30GB hard drive and GeForce 2 MX 400 32 meg.

Can anyone there please help me as now i dont have a computer to do work on!!!!!

have you tried any other distros? - if you are really desperate to get something that works, that's probably your fastest option.

Not many Linux users use Lycoris...

they don't like Linux being for everyone.
