Angry lxde 21 automatically change language

I just installed lxde fedora 21 and the system language is automatically changed to something other than English. I re-installed Fedora 21 and the language is changed again two days later. I ran system-config-language, rebooted but the language didn't go back to English. Is there a way that I can change the language back to English from the terminal?

Dear M.,

Thank you! I solved by installing system-language-config.
