LVM - recovering data after a disk failure.

Hi,
I had an LVM setup acting like a bit of a JBOD - three drives were combined into one volume. However, due to some kind of power spike or something, 2 of these drives are dead (the last 2 ones). the lvm setup is like this:

/dev/raid/media:
[/dev/hdf, /dev/hde (dead), /dev/hdc (dead)]

the /dev/hdf drive still works, though obviosuly my LVM setup does not. I want to get the data off /dev/hdf, as it has many things i dont want to lose, ie; family photos.

Is there some way i can recover the data remains on /dev/hdf? its a 200gb drive, so there is a substantial amount of data there.

Thanks for any help :)

...bump? I really need this data :'(

you say they're combined into one volume... I've only worked with LVM a bit, but if the data is stored anything like a RAID stripe would be (parts of the data are spread out over different drives, as opposed to mirrored/copied over the multiple drives) then this data is most likely irrecoverable. I'd suggest waiting for someone to more surely post a verdict before giving up hope
