After an update of lubuntu 14.1 to 16.<fairly i don't know> the following message appears instead of booting.

I saw no ways to load bash from an initial screen that is joint with CentOS-6.7
By the way CentOS works and i can manage hard drive with it though it doesn't have graphic interface.
What can i do to repair my little cute lubuntu.

Have you tried choosing Recovery Mode in the initial Grub boot screen?

As said by other users, checking first in the Advanced Options of the GRUB menu for a kernel in the 4.4 series and booting on it would be a good idea. This would then allow to remove old kernels that may cause problems.

If the menu entry is not present, the GRUB configuration may need to be edited.

You're booting the wrong/old kernel from Ubuntu 14.04.x (4.2.x)

You should be booting Ubuntu's 4.4.x kernel from 16.04. Bring up the GRUB menu (hold right shift at boot) and boot into the new kernel.

Debian/Ubuntu users should not be editing this file directly (as it says at the beginning of the file). Please be more careful with the advice you give.

User should boot into the new 4.4.x kernel and remove the older one(s) from previous Ubuntu versions rather than editing grub files.

If the menu entry for this kernel exists then yes I agree. Heavily edited answer to reflect that.
