Unhappy Lowid when using edonkey2000???

I installed edonkey 2000 but i cannot connect to the servers and download files because the program says I have a lowid

i tried disabling my firewall(iptables was running correctly) but when I check my security settings each time the security level goes back to high???

i dunno if this is even the solution to using edonkey2000 correctly??

i am using redhat 8.0!
