Looking for Voting (election) software for Linux/Apache?

Hi - I'm looking for voting (election) software that can run under Apache. I want to provide a list of voters (email addresses) that will be allowed to vote in the election. Any suggestions? Thanks. - Mark

no real solid leads but this forum software (vbulletin) has a method of starting threads with adding a poll (and only signed in users would be able to vote/comment).
