Looking for: Open Source, Linux-based, Help Desk Software

Hello.
Anyone knows of such a software?
I'm trying to web-enable our IT help desk, so that users can enter calls, search historical calls, and converse with IT staff back and forth.

Bugzilla looks great, but I need more of an IT Help Desk, than bug tracking.

Thanks

-RoNNY

Hesk. Take a look at this page: http://www.phpjunkyard.com/free-helpdesk-software.php. Hesk is a PHP application. Also, you can 'roll your own' with something like CherryPy if you program in Python.

Angry

Hesk is stable and free. But, if you want something more than that you can always try Peregrine, Parature or Remedy

Thanks Harlin.
Are these all commercial, non-free products?

Look at what I found!

Good job. This looks like something perfect for you: tracking software based on Bugzilla.

Yeah. I meant this as a subtle sarcastic (but friendly nonetheless ) piece of advice.
