Looking for MS XLM Parser

I'm trying to install some of my old Windows program using Crossover Pro and it's asking for MS XLM parser and to install Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Obviously, I wouldn't want to do that. Is there a place I might find this? Thanks.
