looking for light webmail software

Anyone know of a comparison between the popular webmail packages?

I run squirrelmail at the moment but am not exactly happy with the performance I'm getting out of it. Especially with larger mailboxes (anything over 200 emails) it gets very, very sluggish..

If I connect to my server using pine it all goes a LOT faster so I don't think the problem is the imap server itself.

I don't want many features although a full headers feature would be nice.

Suggestions apprieciated!

i'm using this

and it works (it's very simple)
i don't use it alot and i'm not running imap
but it says it works with imap
not alot of help i know

Doesn't inspire that much confidence but it certainly looks interesting.
