looking for firefox i386 .deb

I am using the 64 bit version of Ubuntu, and it was working well. Unfortunately, though, macromedia doesn't make it's flash player for the 64 bit version of firefox. So I'm looking for a place where I can download a .deb or .rpm of the 32 bit version of firefox. Or someone could tell me how to make one, or someone could tell me a way to get the flash player working on the 64 bit version of firefox

Any of them would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance
