I have a lot of hope, my friend I'm doing a slow research on this, but there are thousands of distros to look at, it'll take some time.

Arch or LFS and custom build what you want

there is nothing that will meet your wants 100 .

?
Arch is about it unless you want to TEST the VERY NEW " SUSE tumbleweed"
but Arch has been doing this for years

Must have no proprietary software installed by default
Arch
you install what you want

Must not have too much customization-by-default around it's desktop environments or it's programs.
you are shooting your self in the head here
Microsoft Windows 8

DEFIANTLY NOT Arch
DEFIANTLY NOT LFS
NOT tumbleweed

If possible, must not be "made" in the U.S
you are shooting your self in the head AGAIN here

the North Korean
RedStar linux will fill that

but SELinux is GREAT!!!!!
and the coders at the NSA developed that
now Redhat develops it

SUSE is a German company
BUT The German secret police HAVE VERY!!! DEEP TIES TO THE CIA /FBI/NSA/ ....
