Looking for a replacement for Adobe Contribute

I am working on a site for someone and would like to give them access to change the pages at will. However, they do not have any knowledge of HTML or any other languages for that matter.

They want to update a page with weekly special listings on it and that is really it. I do not know if I could justify the cost of Contribute for this, but Contribute is the perfect example of what they could use to edit this site.

Can anyone suggest a FOSS replacement program for Contribute?

Thanks for any help!

Not sure what Contribute can do besides as a web development editor, but you can find a posting in the Members' choice awards on the best ones:

Of those listed there NVU and SeaMonkey Composer run on windows as well. Nvu has a spin-off called KompoZer which strives to fix some of the lacking features in Nvu. You might want to look into that as well.
