Looking for a Linux Internet Monitor

I'm running a RH9 box as a internet server and have internet running via squid and also setup as a router so I can have people go direct without using squid.

My problem is squid is not passing through all the packets necessary for some custom company websites we use. So I have to take these users off squid and program the gateway to there PC but I'm unable to monitor there internet browsing.

I'm looking for some type of gateway internet monitoring software that would be able to tell me where the users using the gateway are going. I prefer something just installed on the Internet server and not on the client. I Also would prefer something that is freeware.

Thanks!
