If you want one that focus on the kde desktop, but the kde desktop can be installed and setup in most distros.

Can't you just add the KDE plasma desktop to any distro you otherwise like, unless the distro just can't run KDE? The point I'm trying to make is, why does it matter that the distro "has" KDE plasma desktop, if you mean it comes preinstalled. If the distro has some other desktop, or no GUI at all, add your desired desktop.

If you're willing to try a distro that does not have KDE pre-installed, you might try my distro, MX (at mxlinux.org). It allows root login. The installed desktop is XFCE.
