Looking for a good Knowledge Base solution
 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a web based KB solution with a nice interface ?

I would like a search able KB that can be broken down into sections and subsections.

I've looked around and theres a few solutions out there, but I'd like to hear you personal opinions on solutions you have implemented.
