logwatch no longer send me an email

I can't seem to figure out why logwatch stopped sending me email.

From what I understand, logwatch won't report anything if it doesn't think there's anything to report (i.e., everything's normal). However, if I run logwatch --print from the command line, I get pages of output.

It used to send me email, right before I put in some values in my /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny. Ever since that, I haven't received a single email. Why is this? Why should anything in those two files stop emails from going out? Or is it something else?

One other idea is that my ISP is blocking sendmail from sending directly to the internet. Is there any way I can tell logwatch to use postfix instead?
