Logrotate negation

I have a little bit of an interesting problem.

I need to rotate some files in a directory, well actually all the files in the directory accept one, thats the problem. Is there a way to tell logrotate to rotate all but that one file???

I need to do this cause that one file is taken care of by a statistics program, but I still need to rotate the other domlogs and put the old ones in another sub folder.

Any way to do this?

Guess no one has any ideas about this one. I have looked over all the logrotate manuals I can find, but still have no idea how to accomplish this.
