logrotate in SLES 8

I am logging messages from my PIX to a SLES 8 server. No matter what I do, I cannot get logrotate to actually rotate the logs. Below is my entry in /etc/logrotate.conf. This took about two minutes to get working in RH9, so I don't know what's up with SLES. Please advise.

rotate 30

/var/log/pix/pixfirewall {
/bin/kill -HUP `cat /var/run/ 2> /dev/null` 2> /dev/null || t
