Logging into a firewall - IPSEC user

At work we have firewall which I have access to log into to get into the network. I can create this VPN client easily in windows XP through the provided wizard. I was wondering if somebody had some good software for me to use to do this through linux. I'm tired of having to reboot into XP when I have something from work to do. I'm using FC1 w/ gnome if it makes a difference. Thanks a lot.
