Log in screen bypassed after booting

Hello All:

Just installed SuSE Professional 9.1 last weekend, and I'm liking it.

There's one odd issue that's developed, though. When I turn on the computer and it boots up, the log in screen is bypassed and my user desktop appears. I don't have to log in and supply a password.

I don't recall checking any box to bypass the log in screen.

What should I do?

Thank you.

If you go to yast under advaced options, you will see one of the options defaults to allowing a user in without a password. I seem to recall that is the default under suse

Thanks, Alan:

I'll check it out tonight. I got the 9.1 DVD from a friend, so I don't have any manuals to look through to try to find the solution to the problem.
