Lock download directory in Mozilla + Mandrake 10

I"m running Mozilla 1.6 on Mandrake Linux v10 in an Internet Cafe environment, Is there a way that anyone knows of to lock the download directory.

We've got a specific directory set up for downloads, it works great, but if a user changes to a different directory to download to, the machines save the new directory as default, and the next time someone downloads, it'll save to the new directory.

THanks for any advice
