They are not installed by default. Install the package 'kernel-devel'
# yum install kernel-devel
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mj...#kernelheaders
Once installed they will be in:
/usr/src/kernels

I installed kernel-devel as directed, however I'm trying to install VMware Linux Host and the config program keeps telling me that it is expecting the kernel header files to be in the directory /usr/src/linux/include. When I try to point it elsewhere it keeps telling me that it expects to see the linux folder.

You can make a symlink to point it to the right place:
Code:
ln -s /usr/src/kernels/kernel-<blahblah> /usr/src/linux
