Locating Kernel

I am trying to install my wireless card in Red Hat 9.0 (using the instructions on this site, using hostap-0.0.4) and it says to configure the makefile KERNEL_PATH to the root directory of the linux kernel source, but I don't know where that is. This is probably an easy question, any help will be appreciated.

typically, the kernel source (if installed) shoulf be located at /usr/src/linux
look there.;)

Ok, thats where I looked and it is not there, so it must not be installed. How do I do that?

Look on your installation CD's. there should be an RPM you can install.
