lm-sensors, openSUSE 10.2 and Winbond W83627DHG?

I'm trying to get lm-sensors working on my Asus P5B motherboard, but it's not working.

I've read that Winbond W83627DHG isn't supported until kernel 2.6.21. But openSUSE 10.2 is on kernel 2.6.18. Is there anyway I can get lm-sensors working with openSUSE 10.2 and my P5B motherboard?

If you need, here's a some additional information:
~ # uname -a
Linux linux-4y6h 2.6.18.8-0.3-default #1 SMP Tue Apr 17 08:42:35 UTC 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Here's some cut and past from running sensors-detect:
~ # sensors-detect
.
.
.
Driver `w83627ehf' (should be inserted):
Detects correctly:
* ISA bus address 0x0290 (Busdriver `i2c-isa')
Chip `Winbond W83627DHG Super IO Sensors' (confidence: 9)
.
.
.
# Chip drivers
modprobe w83627ehf
.
.
.

If you need any other information, please let me know.

If you don't mind taking some risk, you can run openSUSE's Kernel of the Day (KOTD). No warranties of course:

Taking a risk, as in it might not be stable?

While I'd prefer to know everything is working and stable, if it gets lm-sensors working I'll give it a try. However I don't know linux well enough to trouble shoot without lots of googling.

BTW, that link isn't working. But there is this:
http://software.opensuse.org/downloa...nSUSE_Factory/

I assume that's what I want?

There's also this:
http://software.opensuse.org/downloa...openSUSE_10.2/

But it looks like that only has kernel 2.6.18
