LIVE booting on a new system

hello
i just bought the MERCURY P4VM800M7 motherboard with intel 2.66 ghz (1mb cache , 533 mhz bus , em64t technology [that supports 32 and 64 bits ]) the problem is when i booted my PCLINUX OS and GNOPPIX LIVE CDS both failed and displayed an error regarding the mounting of a directry or something at /initrd/bin/ash and both dropped me at BusyBox shell, when i booted with my 64bit support ubuntu live cd it booted and worked perfectly.
also the PCLINUX (that i had installed on my HD 2 months ago from the pclinux liver cd) also worked??!! howz that! and what can i do? i need 2 install the pclinux distro in a new harddisk but because i would probably not be able to do so any way how can i do?????????...............

Yeha they were burned absolutely correctly , i have checked and even istallled PCLINUX os from one of those disks ! and besides thet run fine on my old pc.
I remember thata when i bought my p4 (d865gbf board the linux redhat 7.3 (CD ) would not run until I changed some bios feature of enhanced use of system or HDS (i dun rem but i changed it) now may be as i have bought a mobo P4VM800M7 that supports the new 64-bit technoplogy it probably needs some BIOS TWEAKING??
