Lipstik style SuSE 9.3

I've just installed SuSE 9.3 on my computer and invariably favor the concave look of the Lipstik style over the convex look of the plastik style. I have installed it on 9.1 with no problem whatsoever. It compiles on 9.3 all right and the "make install" routine seems to run OK too. But, when I run the KDE control center, the Lipstik style is nowhere to be seen. I tried running the moc commands that are provided but moc doesn't seem to exist on SuSE 9.3 .
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance...
Craig.
