linuxrc problem?
 

I have setup a PXE Kickstart Server at work. I have several versions of RedHat being servered to clients from this server. I have been able to get them all to work except for Redhat 7.2. Here are the steps I have taken so far:

1. Added modules to the initrd.img from a newer BOOT kernel
2. Added the same BOOT kernel modules to the stage2.img and netstg1.img
3. Updated pcitables, modules.dep, and module-info

The problem seems to be that linuxrc is not auto-loading the e1000.o.

I can pxe boot and manually select the e1000.o from the menu and it will load. I then have to manually add in the network and nfs server information.

Alt + F3 shows errors relating to insmod (path null) when trying to load sunrpc.o, lockd.o, and nfs.o.

Has anyone gotten this to work?
