Lightbulb linuxConf via web browser


HellO..
when i try to load linuxconf with mozilla
http://ziox:98/ it give me this msg
500 access denied: Check config/networking/misc/linuxconf network access
<p>
By default, linuxconf network access is disabled<br>
Access is generally granted for few locations only<br>
where i go to fix that ...i didnt find this file at all(config/networking/misc/linuxconf network access)
(i applied linuxconf-web in [ntsysv])

RedHat~9
