To non-destructively repartition Partition Magic is a generally accepted a solution. Then there's fips which can be used to simply split a FAT partition in two. Although I've had great success with it, it's still experimental, so be forewarned. If you don't care about preserving data on the "E drive", then go ahead and pop in the disk and your distro's setup should handle the rest. Also, although I'm not sure about Fedora (last time I really used RH was 7.2), Mandrake has a non-destructive partition setup wizard which is supposed to work (although I've never ventured to try, and I have no need any longer).
