Linux uptime script..


I have tried to install the machine-uptime script from

but when i run the ./machine-update -i i get this error:

[troels@localhost script]$ ./machine-update -i
./machine-update: line 1: SION: command not found
./machine-update: line 2: =: command not found
./machine-update: line 13: =: command not found
./machine-update: line 36: use: command not found
./machine-update: line 39: sub: command not found
./machine-update: line 40: sub: command not found
./machine-update: line 41: sub: command not found
./machine-update: line 46: syntax error near unexpected token `('
./machine-update: line 46: `%dontask = ('

What is wrong? Have anybody else got this error, and knows how to handle it?

try this

sh "machine-update -i"
