Does anyone know of any software that will do this for me?
Thanks!

If you compile everything into RPM format, you can use apt for rpm. Check out
freshrpm's for complete details. But in essence, you build an apt repository, then run apt in a cron on each machine (every Friday, say, or twice a month; whatever suits you) which queries the repositoy for updates.
