Linux "testing the io apic" problem

*I restored a new pc with Linux image...(new and old pc looks full same)..Linux booting but it is not opening because of "testing the io apic". it is only waiting..old pc is opening but new not...what can be the problem?

*Also, old pc is opening in linux but two lan ports of motherboard don't appear with "ifconfig" but ethernet card eth0 appears.. because of that I restored new pc with same image..but I faced "The testing the testing io apic"..I did not understand what the problem is...

Welcome to LQ!

There may be a problem with the APIC (Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller) implementation on the PC. You can try booting passing the 'noapic' or 'nolapic' kernel option.

The problem with network configuration may be with the '/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules' file. You can try deleting that file and then rebooting. It should be automatically regenerated on reboot.
