Linux system activity Monitor

i want to check the System Performance Globbaly Like we have MRTG. or A Single system Resource Utilization
i want to check RAM utilization hard disk utilization,?CPU utilization And stuff like that.
is there Any tool that we can have interface in a asingle Software .


I need it badly
