Linux Redhat 4 after installation problem

Hi All,
I have win xp installed in my system with four partition drives c: ,d:, e:, f:. Primary partition on C: drive. I successfully installed linux red hat 4 on last drive f: with all 3 cd's. But at the time of booting the system after installation. System is not showing the OS choice for Redhat linux and by difault boot by win xp. Please confirm what should i do to sort out this problem.
My system BOOT Loader cofiguraiton
/dev/sda MBR (Master Boot Record)
/dev/sda7 First Sector of boot partition
I choosen the second as above during installation.

Thanks

By RedHat, do you mean RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 or RedHat Linux 4? Both are quite oudated, but RedHat4 is more than a decade old, I don't think it will boot at all these day.

If it is RHEL (RedHat Enterprise Linux), then get a Linux live-cd like Ubuntu or use the text-only rescue shell available when you boot RHEL4 cd1 and write "grub-install /dev/sda*" (where * is your '/' linux partition)
