linux live cd

I have a friend that wants to learn some c++ programming.
I was wondering is there a live version that has programming capabilities?
Or is there any other suggestions? He is not open to installing linux.
Thanks in advance,
aheu

If he's not willing to do a full installation, chances are he won't be really up to rebooting just to program. I'd suggest he use one of the compilers for Windows, like Dev-C++ or he could install Cygwin for a "Unix In Windows" environment.
