Do you mean Linux Linpus Lite? (Linpus, not Limpus.)
I've never heard of it before, looks like it's a Fedora derivative that OEMs ship hardware with.

Current version appears to be 2.2 which can be downloaded from
http://www.linpus.com/downloads.html
so I guess 1.0.9 is pretty old. You could download 2.2 and install that, but I guess you're looking to update what you have installed. I've no idea whether Linups Lite allows in place upgrades to new major versions but since it's Fedora based I'd guess you get at least some sort of update by running

What are you using this Linpus Lite on?
You may do better to wipe Linpus Lite and install a more widely used distro, such as Fedora.
