What is the point of giving us a link to something that not yet finished or in use? Since there is no substance, I don't know if this qualifies as advertising.

What is the point of starting a new Linux forum, when there are already several good ones (including of course LQ)??

There are several things you should note. Firstly you cannot advertise anything on this site without the consent of the site owner. Secondly this has nothing to do with Linux Software, so should not have been posted in this part of the site.
