Linux Graphics/Photo editor
Hi all,
I was wondering - does anyone know of any graphics/photo editing and/or picture drawing software for Linux rather then GIMP? I was looking through the net but canīt find any but GIMP. I have also run into Corel Photo-Paint, but Corel doesnīt support it anymore and it doesnīt work for me. Thank you all in advance, it-s |
Here I give you some others:
RubyMagick http://www.acc.ne.jp/%7Etam/RubyMagick CinePaint.http://filmgimp.sourceforge.net/ ImageMagick.http://www.imagemagick.org Good luck!!! |
mio_carpe - thanks for your kind suggestions
RubyMagick - doesn seem to exist anymore CinePaint - not much diferent from GIMP (just as user unfriendly :) ) ImageMagick - not sure what is this, but I think itīs command line only. I was thinking about a GUI application Does anyone know more? For instance - those of you who do web design what do you use? Thanks it-s |
ImageMagick is mostly commandline, but the 'display' command includes a GUI which can accomplish many of the same tasks. Left-click on the image window and you should get a menu.

What about Inkscape ?
